California Dreamin'

We have burned a couple of CD's with all the photos we took during the cruise and posted them off today to Bev and Pete & Paul as promised. Lots of silly pix of course but very importantly, Felix's first encounter with the ocean!

Here's a few pix of life after the cruise...The San Diego Chargers game; Pip and Chip climbing in Joshua Tree National Park desert; Tim beside one of the weird Joshua trees; and hiking in the snow at nearly 9000 feet in the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains National Monument...We felt quite at home up there! Today in Toronto it's snowing with the temperature due to fall to minus 24...Oh for those balmy sea breezes... Love C, D, P & T

Cruise

Good to be home......NOT!!!!! Can't seem to get warm (OK,Toronto, I know you're colder, but we're not used to it here). Will have to put my Cruise pic. up on a separate post - it should have come up with these but hasn't (I've never blogged direct from Picassa before - has anyone else?). Welcome home everyone!

Welcome home all - it was wonderful to see everyone and spend Christmas together...Here is the family photo on the stairs that we promised to send...If you would like a copy as an attachment to an email (it may be better quality that way), just let me know. It will take a while to sort all the other pics from the trip, but we will try to burn them on a CD and post them off to interested parties. We have come back to minus ten and snow here...California dreamin' already seems like a distant memory! Love, Chip, Dara, Pip and Tim
