Our recent trip to North Carolina, the kiddos had a blast seeing the ocean again Wilmington was a pretty cool town - makes us miss the beach on our doorstep!! but without further a do we came home to this ............................ 
our new 'project' getting the keys the end of this month and we have lots of work to get done but reminds me of an English stone cottage so excited to get started just hope the budget stays somewhat intact!!! We're talking new windows, kitchen, bathrooms, knocking out walls etc etc etc!! We'll keep you posted as we go! 70 years old which is ancient by US standards!! I'm guessing it'll either make or break us!
