Poutine - fancy French/Canadian word for when you 'pout' often over not making it to the bottom of the fantastic slope you are on still standing? Plural of Pout!! The English might refer to it as sulking!! or being a big fat 'sore' LOSER!!!!!!! ha ha ha! Fair play really!!
..or, it could be, a Quebecois speciality involving chips, cheese curds, and brown gravy - sounds disgusting, but then, let's face it, Jamie will eat anything! (Love you really, Neph!)
sounds like a heart attack on a plate!!! Cheese curds ......really! My Wisconsin hubby tried to get me to try those things before not converted unfortunately!!!!

These comments are disrespectful of one of the pinnacles of Canadian cuisine...It's also the reason why the population of Quebec is falling...
