Back in the groove!

Well we are back to school this end and to 'organized sports!' this time we are trying the American variety! I don't think he is 'large' enough for this game but he is desperate to give it a go. Tyler has now started 3rd grade and Maddie is due to start her preschool in a couple of weeks, can't believe that summer holidays have been and gone, Lovely to catch up with all who we did on our quick trip back and good luck to Pip on the new chapter opening up for him! have fun I am sure you will. For everyone else be safe and happy and we will keep on getting our updates right here on line!

Swimming Lessons at the Cottage

Hi everyone
Long time no blog guys!
Here are a couple of pictures of Timmy trying to convince Gibson that he likes the water - with not a great deal of success. Poor drowned puppy felt very sorry for himself.......
The boys of course are constantly in the water and having a great time. We are enjoying the last of the summer wine before Pip heads off to University Sept 03 and things are never quite the same ever again.....
Lots of love to you all - special hugs to Clare and hoping that she recovers really soon from her operation.

The Best Medicine

Hi all
Two days after leaving hospital my Mum was delighted to have a visit from the Chinese Robinson Clan...........there is always room on Granny's lap for a little one! Lovely to see them and a great tonic for the invalid, who is doing remarkably well. She is very honoured to be a entry on the famous Robinson Blog.
Thanks to the Northampton clan for all the hospitality towards Chip and Pip. Not sure about the Motorbike riding though............
Love to all

chinese takeaway

Well, didn't we have a lovely time when Nana came to China! We're missing her sadly now, but as she says, it won't be long. Thank you very much to all for the presents she brought along - they're wonderful- fantastical fairy dresses and her first grown up pyjamas, as well as a small library! It's been great to catch up with everyone's latest news, Pip's partying looks off to a fine start, and Clare, wishing you a speedy recovery ( and lots of being waited on hand and foot!). Happy new house to the Indians, and see you very soon to the UK contingent...we are all well and happy...bought Isabel a bike seat yesterday to take her mind off her departing Nana, and halfway round the lake we stopped for a milkshake, as you can see above. She's incognito, hoping her shades will stop the crowds of onlookers we inevitable gather whenever we stop for longer than a few seconds!
Anyway, lots of love and hugs to each and every one xxxx

Return from the land of dragons and lanterns

Just back from a wonderful three weeks with my Chinese family, who are all very well and looking forward to the end of term (they should be back here by the end of June so I don't have too long to wait). Lovely to catch up with everyone on the Blog - glad to see Portugal has rejoined - hope the op. goes well, Claire. Graduation sounds a very strenuous affair, Pip, but no doubt you'll keep up the pace! And good to hear that everyone's settled in well in Indiana. Love to you all, Bev xxxxx

From Carmel (not not Californai, Indiana!!)

Hey one and all sorry about the delay in service but things have been a little on the hecitic side this end!

We are now officially Hoosier's (from Indiana)
our Florida house has been sold on and we are very close to being unpacked apart from the basement but that doesn't count because we didn't have one before!! Tyler has been at his new school for 3 weeks and is loving it (already going off on a overnight camping field trip the end of this month!) Jamie is rising to the challenge of his new job and responsibilities. Maddie and myself are getting into finding weekday activities and new friends. Our neighbourhood is great tons of young kids and families so we feel like we already know a few people and they are all very friendly. We know that our destination is not as appealing as lets say FLORIDA but we would love to see any or all of you here sometime! Hope all is well on the home front (wherever that may be) Love hugs and kisses all around Heidi Jamie Tyler and Maddie xxxx
