Cordoba, Granada, Seville - difficult to choose a favourite - they were all amazing. So was the weather - not a single cloud in the sky for five days.

Igloos in Indy

When you can't play football, soccer, or go biking............and after you have dug yourselves out we've decided the next best thing is to build igloos! and then have a snack in it! the kids love the white stuff I on the other hand am thankful for a neighbour with a snow blower!! It's been a cold winter since our return from the cruise and San Diego, Jamie is coping with the death of his dad, a new job and a long commute and we are learning to cope without him!! Hope all is well in your corners of the world hugs all around Heidi and gang x

City Slingers in Singapore

Hello All,
We're back from a reccy to our new home...had a wonderful time, from the lovely Sentosa Resort and Spa where the peacocks watched us swim and monkeys stole breakfasts, to little India and curry and clothes, to food courts (pronounced foot cot in Singlish!) where you can eat everything from Japanese noodles to Malaysian laksa to Chinese dumplings, to posing outside Raffles and staying at the gorgeous Naumi Hotel with its rooftop infinity pool and little pods for little families! We can't wait to go and live there and hope we see you all out for a visit!

Continuing the theme of embracing winter, here's a couple of pics of Timmy and his hockey team. Due to the popularity of hockey here, most of their games don't even start till past 9pm at night. T now puts both of us to shame in terms of skating ability. Last week he was able to skate in the stadium where his beloved Toronto Maple Leafs play, which was a thrill for him. Meantime, our mid-winter thaw continues today with sunshine and positive temperatures...We know it's just lulling us into a false sense of security though! Love C, D, T & P
