Happy Birthday Pete!
Happy Birthday Pete, from all of us here...This pic is just to remind all that you are able to catch the odd fish occasionally! Hope you are having a lovely time in Portugal and know that the Canadians are all thinking of you on your birthday (assuming Pip has any idea of what day of the week it is: he's having waaaay too good a time being a student!).

New Adventures for Pip
Before
After
After
Well it doesn't seem a minute since he was starting Kindergarten......and here he is moving in to his room at University. All much more complicated than when we went up to Cambridge with one small trunk. "Move in day" was set up like a military operation and involved 2 full car loads of "stuff", internet conenctions and cable TV in his room to organize, smart cards to load with money to pay for food and more.........!!!
Note the English flag on his bed. By the time the decor was complete it also included an English Rugby scarf. Mind you there was also a signed Canadian Football jersey, Hockey posters and a basketball net. Posters included the Beatles and Che Guevara........so nothing new there. Have had a 5 word text message since we left him "Sweet. Will call tomorrow. Pip" - which we take to be encouraging!
Hope family journeys in Scotland, Greece and Germany all going well and looking forward to your travelers' tales.
